Benta Wawasan Sdn. Bhd. is a Sabah-based oil palm plantation company operating in the Tawau district. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Innoprise Corporation Sdn. Bhd., the commercial arm of Yayasan Sabah, BWSB contributes to Sabah’s economic development through responsible and sustainable business growth.

Guided by its corporate strategy to grow through Precision Agriculture, BWSB is transforming its plantation and milling operations through smarter practices, technology and data-driven insights. Its Seraya Biogas Plant converts palm oil mill effluent into renewable energy, improving resource efficiency while reducing environmental impact.

BWSB further extends its agricultural value chain through its subsidiaries: Benta Edible Oil Sdn. Bhd., producer of BESS cooking oil, and Benta Agrotech Sdn. Bhd., which produces fertiliser to support agricultural productivity.
