BWSB provides essential workplace and community facilities across its estates to support the daily needs, comfort and well-being of its employees, workers and their families. These include multipurpose halls, badminton and futsal courts, football fields, mosques or surau at every estate, staff and workers’ housing, operational offices, retail shops and Community Learning Centres (CLCs).

Together, these facilities help create a connected and supportive estate community where employees and their families can live, work, learn, worship and participate in recreational activities.
